Gbun VOD
A mobile-first video service with titles, seasons and episodes, viewing rights, free episodes and payments.

Noriter Lab grew out of Noriter (Korean for “playground”), a community that once drew 100,000 visitors a day. Running it taught us to build our own engine, GbunBoard, and a family of products around it: the Gbun ecosystem. Six public sites run on it today.

Noriter means “playground” in Korean, a word every Korean knows, and noriter.com has been ours since 2009. Launched that year as a mobile-phone community, Noriter gathered 300,000 posts and 850,000 comments over seventeen years. To move all of it while keeping every record and URL intact, we built the engine ourselves.
Noriter (놀이터) is the everyday Korean word for “playground”, and we have held noriter.com, the plain-word domain, since day one. It began as a community for sharing phone and carrier-plan know-how. 230,000 posts in 2010 and 2011 alone.
The place people checked before buying a phone.
300K posts, 850K comments, 39K attachments. Just before an aging server went down, we recovered the data from the last surviving install.
Leaving an aging board engine for our new engine on Cloudflare.
The whole service switched to GbunBoard, keeping existing URLs and search traffic.

We don't rebuild the same features for every site. GbunBoard handles community, members, content and admin; commerce, video, stories and developer tools plug in as independent products.
One engine for communities, boards, publishing, members and permissions, and admin. It runs on the global edge with no servers to manage, and grows through plugins.
A mobile-first video service with titles, seasons and episodes, viewing rights, free episodes and payments.

An interactive story service where you continue the story with characters from an original world, powered by a separate story engine.

Tasks, schedules, reviews and AI-agent work in one place. All of Noriter Lab's development runs through it.
A desktop app that tiles the terminals of many AI coding agents and shows progress and alerts on PC and phone.
A spec system that manages development rules section by section. Agents read only the sections a task needs.
Leave feedback pinned to the real screen, with attachments, and hand it straight to Flow as a task.
A build engine that composes sites from a design tree and components and publishes them as static sites, plus a cloud service for building, hosting and managing them.
A sales module combining products, orders, passes, coin and point wallets, and payments. VOD and Character Chat payments run on it.
Public sites anyone can open right now. All of them run on GbunBoard, and what we learn operating them flows back into the engine.

A phone community running since 2009, with device-deal prices and MVNO plan comparisons.

Sixteen pregnancy, birth and parenting calculators, plus guides.

A dev school where you learn by building and verifying with AI.

Parts specs and replacement intervals for your car, with sources.

K-pop and Korean culture for English-speaking readers.

A discovery service that finds similar titles across 16,000+ webtoons.
All screens are real captures taken on October 20, 2026.
We built, and use every day, our own AI-agent development system that separates design, build and review. Code that has been written and a product that actually works are judged separately.
Lock structure, contracts and data shapes, and draw every screen as a mockup first.
Work is split so it never overlaps, and several agents build at once.
Compare mockup and real screen side by side, then use it end to end in a real browser.
Ship to real sites and feed what visitors teach us back into the engine.
Per-language URLs, managed translation sources, and layouts that hold up when sentence length changes between languages, all handled at the engine level.
We run a K-culture outlet for English-speaking readers.
One service offered in both Korean and English.
Per-language URLs, ready for more languages.
The same structure in Korean and English.
A team that has run real services works with you from start to finish.
